How do I apply CCK Local Member Card?
You can apply in-store or online subscription.
Is there any fee charges for applying the CCK Local Member Card?
Yes, the fee will be RM10. You may pay in-store or online through credit card payment.
Will my CCK Local Member Card expire?
Yes, you need to renew annually.
Will I get any physical member card if I subscribed the membership online?
Yes, you may redeem your physical member card at cashier counter by showing the transaction information.
What should I do if I forgot to bring my card?
You may give your member card number to the cashier or by logging into your account at our website and let the cashier scan your member Barcode/QR Code.
What if I lost my card?
You will be charged RM10 for replacing a new card based on our Term & Condition.
