  • Haday Seasoning Wine with Garlic & Chives (50ml)
  • Oh Chin Hing Black Sesame Oil
  • Ginger (10 Slices)
  • Goji Berries (20g Soak w Warm Water)
  • Chicken Thigh
  • Salt & Chicken Stock

  • In a frying pan, add in ginger & sesame oil. Fry until golden brown.

    锅里加入麻油 + 姜片,煎至姜片呈现金黄色。

  • Fry Chicken Thigh skin side down for 2 minutes. Flip & fry for another 2 minutes.

    带骨鸡腿肉,皮朝下煎2分钟,翻面,再煎2分钟。

  • Carefully add in Pre Soaked Goji Berries & Cooking Wine & 400ml Boiling water.

    倒入泡软的枸杞 + 料酒 + 400ml的滚水。

  • Let it boil & simmer for 20 minutes

    大火烧开20分钟。

  • Lastly, add in salt & chicken stock to taste.

    加入适量的盐 + 鸡精调味即可。
